Set in one acre of landscaped gardens with a rocky streams and pond, Dating from the 17th century, today this small hotel has recently been renovated to meet the needs of the modern visitor, all rooms have new flat screen televisions and tea making facilities, modern en-suite shower, basin, and toilet, baths are availably in some rooms, The atmosphere of the hotel is friendly and inviting, the emphasis being on cheerful service and good value for money.

Situated just a five minute drive on the outskirts of the historical quaint town of St Ives in the valley of Trink Hill with magnificent Cornish country views, this hotel in Cornwall is perfectly located to explore the beautiful rugged coastline, sandy beaches and rolling countryside of Cornwall.

The town with its narrow cobbled streets has good shopping with high street names and speciality shops, a varied selection of restaurants, pubs and art galleries. The beaches are some of the best in Cornwall, from safe bathing for children in the harbour to surfing on the Atlantic rollers.

On the third floor you will find room seven this has a wonderful view of Trink Hill while looking over our large lawned rear gardens, This is a very spacious room with one dormer window and one side window, there is one double bed and two single beds (a further single bed can be included if wished) with clean white bed linen, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, large 42inch flat screen TV with freeview,
a newly fitted en suite, washroom, which includes a modern basin, shower, and a seperate toilet room.

On the third floor, This again is a spacious room which has two front facing windows with country and garden views, there is one double bed and one single bed with clean white bed linen, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, a 22inch flat screen TV with integrated dvd and freeview,
a newly fitted en suite washroom, which includes a double shower, washbasin and toilet.

Directions
From A30 take A3074 to St Ives, next left at mini roundabout signposted 'The Countryman Hotel'.
Follow the road for about 2 miles, the Countryman is on the left.
