The Situation
Tranquil Waters reminds me of a boutique style hotel with its wonderful double height living area, master bedroom and contemporary seaside furnishings. It occupies what is undoubtedly one of the most stunning locations on Restronguet creek, with far
reaching water views, pretty 2 acre garden and decking areas. The house is approached by a private lane that hugs the edge of the creek. The steep drive up to the property also gives access to the foreshore and private quay at its lower reaches, sure to be a hit
with children and sailors.

Just a gentle stroll along the creek from the house and you arrive at the acclaimed 13th century Pandora Inn, with its excellent food, local ales and pontoon for outside dining on warm days. Just a mile on is the well stocked Mylor village with an array of shops.
Falmouth and Truro for more extensive shopping are fifteen minutes in opposite directions. All in all Tranquil Waters provides a wonderful peaceful retreat for those that want to relax and get away from it all, but equally is well placed for those who want to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.
