The Situation
This gorgeous, first floor apartment offers panoramic views of Falmouth Harbour, Trefusis Point, the Roseland Peninsular, the pretty village of Flushing and Falmouth Docks. Situated immediately opposite the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club and just minutes walk from the town centre and a short car journey or a twenty-five minute walk to the beaches of Falmouth, this comfortable accommodation is likely to appeal to couples and families alike.

Both the open plan living area and double bedroom have stunning water views. Waking up in the morning, or relaxing and taking in that view is fabulous!

Falmouth has three beaches, Swanpool, Castle and the very popular, safe and sandy, (Blue flag) Gyllyngvase Beach. Falmouth has good shopping and leisure facilities as well as many waterside restaurants and bars. Being so close to the town you need not fight over who is going to drive home!

Falmouth Town train station is three minutes by taxi or buses and coaches can be caught from The Moor, just five minutes on foot. Truro is a twenty-minute drive, The Eden Project thirty-five, St. Ives and the North Coast forty.

The accommodation has been furnished to a high standard, being the owner's own winter home and is offered inclusive of electricity and gas central heating.

TWIN BEDROOM : with full size twin beds in L-shaped room, recessed window and shelf, plenty of built-in wardrobe space, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp.

BATHROOM : with lovely stripped wooden floors and white bathroom suite comprising bath, with electric shower over, basin and WC. Cupboard housing boiler and separate cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer.

Forming part of one of the world’s deepest natural harbours it offers world class sailing.
For the less adventurous there are various boat trips, including St Mawes and an extremely picturesque journey up the river to Truro
