The Situation
Cliftons is a family run Guest House situated in the cathedral city of Truro in Cornwall, situated only 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre and within a short car journey of major tourist attractions such as the Eden Project.  Cliftons is the ideal base for a holiday in Cornwall. Whatever the reason for being in Truro, be it a holiday, business trip or maybe you are just passing through on your way to somewhere else Peter and Sarah Conisbee will always give a warm welcome.
The Accommodation
Cliftons Guest House is set in a charming Victorian House situated within a few minutes walk from Truro City Centre. The guest House itself is a non smoking building which offers private off road Parking to all guests.

The guest accommodation consists of six rooms with ensuite and private facilities. There is a residents lounge available through-out the day.

We have six rooms here at Cliftons made up of single, double and twin rooms each with en-suite or private toilet and shower facilities. Each room has an information pack, colour television, hair dryers and a kettle for making tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

The City of Truro is an ideal base for a holiday in Cornwall, it is within easy reach of the majority of Cornwall's top Tourist Attractions such as:

  • The award winning Newquay Zoo.
  • And many of the major Cornish gardens such as Trellisick and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Directions:  

Cliftons is best approached via the A390 from the St Austell direction. On entering Truro you meet a set of traffic lights from which the road continues in the form of a dual carriageway. Remain in the nearside lane. After a short distance you will see the Cliftons sign on your left. Continue for a short distance and you will see 'Spargos lane' leading into the left. This is directly beside the Brookdale Hotel. Turn into Spargos Lane and follow it around, Cliftons car park can clearly be seen.
