Cliff House is a Grade 2 listed building dating back to 1700, which was converted from two cottages into one house 150 years ago.

The house has been fully modernised with central heating and en-suite facilities for all the bedrooms, but it still retains many of its original features.


It is up a steep hill on the outskirts of Kingsand village, just a short walk away from the Rising Sun and other village pubs and restaurants.


Cliff House is on the perimeter of Mount Edgecumbe Country Park and a few yards from the South Cornwall coastal path.
