Chapam is a self catering apartment consisting of the whole of
the top floor of a large prive house on the main road leading
into Newquay. This is a new accommodation and all fixtures and
fitting are new.
The location conveniently avoids the problem of having to
continually drive into Newquay and yet is on the main bus
service route so avoiding the use of a car. A good pub with
restaurant is only a short walk away. The nearest beach is
Newquay Porth, just a comfortable walk.
The Accommodation:
Two double bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed that can
be divided into two singles if required.
Each bedroom has its own television with freeview.
Fitted kitchen with sitting room area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a generous supply of
utensils/cutlery. Microwave oven/electric oven/fridge/freezer.
The sitting area is comfortable and provided with a flat screen
television, DVD and music. There is an additional sofa bed that
sleeps 2 if required.
Bathroom with shower/toilet/wash facilities
Full gas central heating throughout and electric are inclusive.
Facilities to store wet suites/surf boards are available if
required

Linen and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels

Newquay is the main tourist resort for Cornwall with much to
offer:
Seven major beaches including the world famous Fistral Beach, a
venue for many world surfing championships, the nearest beach to
Chapam is Newquay Porth, a lovely sandy cove and although within
an easy walk there is parking directly on the beach.

A whole range of restaurants/pubs/night clubs
Touring:
Chapam is situated on the main road into Newquay therefore
allowing easy exit. Most places in Cornwall can be reached
within an hours drive, many interesting places are much closer.
