The Situation

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just a short distance down a country lane, just off the main A39 Wadebridge to Bude Road and approximately 2 miles from Wadebridge.

The Accommodation

A spacious modern house set in its own grounds with panoramic rural views, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. 

All bedrooms are spacious with full en-suite facilities, colour television, beverage tray, clock radio, hair dryer, fresh towels and daily room cleaning service.   

The spacious family room has en-suite bath/shower, a double and two single beds, a cot, high chair, fridge and microwave are provided.

A generous English breakfast is served in a comfortable dining room with separate tables overlooking the garden and countryside.   Vegetarian and special diets catered for. 

A comfortable lounge with television is provided for guests relaxation.

Sorry, no smoking in the house and there are no facilities for pets.

Local attractions:

Golf and pony trekking are within walking distance. 

The Atlantic coast, cliff walks, safe beaches, Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock with foot passenger ferry to Padstow, and a range of water pursuits are within 15 minutes drive. 

Going inland, the moors, historic houses, holiday attractions and the Camel walking and cycling trail can be reached in a similar time. 

Boscastle, Tintagel (King Arthur’s Castle), Newquay, the Eden Project and the Cathedral city of Truro are a 30 minute drive. 

There is an excellent range of restaurants, country inns throughout the whole area, your hosts will be only too happy to recommend the very best ones to you. 

Brookfields provides excellent accommodation and an ideal base for day trips to the whole of Cornwall.

Directions:

M5 to Exeter, then A30 to Launceston.   Turn right onto the A395 towards Camelford.   North of Camelford, turn left onto the A39 towards Wadebridge.   After passing St Kew Highway, take the 2nd turning right into Hendra Lane signpost to St Endellion.   (The entrance to St Kew Golf club will be on your right).   Or from Bodmin/Wadebridge this turning is on the left of the A39 approx. 2 miles from Wadebridge.   Brookfields is situated ¾ of a mile along Hendra lane on your right.
