About Broad Langdon Bed & Breakfast
Broad Langdon is a beautiful Cornish Farmhouse situated between
Bude and Launceston in North Cornwall.
Our farmhouse has lovely bedrooms with luxury en-suites with tea
and coffee making facilities in each room.
There is a cosy visitors lounge for you to relax with
woodburning stove and TV or maybe read or join in with our
ongoing jigsaw.
Breakfast is served from 8.30 am (earlier if required), with a
choice of full English, continental, fruit, yoghurt, etc. As
much as you can eat to set you up for the day ahead.
The farmhouse is set in 20 acres of pasture land with beautiful
views down to the River Ottery.
The harbour village of Boscastle is a ten minute drive,
beautiful little coves such as Crackington Haven are close by,
as is the popular surfing beach of Widmouth Bay and Bude with
its golden sands and safe bathing.
Port Issac where the eccentric “Doc Martin” is filmed and the
popular village of Padstow is just half an hours drive away and
should not be missed.
If you enjoy walking along the famous coastal path, taking in
the wonderful wild life we can supply packed lunches of your
choice.
There is a great choice of fishing, horse riding, cycling,
walking or playing golf or just relaxing and enjoy the fantastic
country views.
Broad Langdon Bed & Breakfast Tariff
Our tariff is £32.00 per person per night, dropping to £27.00
per person per night for subsequent nights.
Weekly terms & short breaks are also available on request.

Conditions
A deposit of 20% will be required on booking, this deposit is
non-refundable should a cancellation be necessary.
We take credit cards, but charge a small fee (just the fee that
we are charged by the bank).
No children under the age of 12
No smoking
No pets
Any breakages must be reported as soon as possible, any major
damage may be charged for.
