The Situation: Boak House is a friendly and welcoming Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Coverack, with stunning panoramic views from every aspect of the house even most of the bathrooms!

The Conservatory SS Paris
The Conservatory: Guests have the use of the dining room and conservatory which looks out over Coverack bay and beyond The double aspect SS PARIS room, with a kingsize bed, and its own bathroom, with fluffy white bathrobes.
Juliet Lowlands
The Juliet room with a Juliet balcony, double bed and its own shower room, with fluffy white bathrobes. The Lowlands room with a double bed
and an en suite shower
Each bedroom has free wifi, tv, tea/coffee and hair dryer.

Tariff: Rooms are from £35.00 pppn, £50 for single occupancy.
Bookings will only be reserved upon receipt of a £15.00 non refundable depost pp.
Cash or cheque with bankers card are accepted.
Well behaved dogs are welcome as we have two small terriers (Paris and Malibu)

Local attractions: Coverack has many places to enjoy lunches, snacks, ice creams, cream teas and evening meals as does the surrounding area.

Relax all day on the sandy beach (safe for children).

Local windsurfing school.

Local pub and three good restaurants.

Excellent cliff walks.

Coverack is a beautiful little fishing cove forming part of the Lizard Peninsula.   The area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and many guests who have found this hidden little cove return on a regular basis just to explore this unspoilt region.

Although the village provides all necessities the nearest town is Helston (the renowned flora dance), it has excellent shops and amenities. 

within an easy drive are the resorts of St Ives, Penzance (day trips to the Scilly Isles), Lands End and of course the whole Lizard Peninsula.
