Living Information The living area is open plan. 3x two seater sofas. Entertainment is provided by a TV and DVD player with built-in MP3 capability. Kitchen Integrated appliances which include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and a comprehensive range of cutlery, crockery and utensils. Doors lead to the patio area. Dining The dining area is in the open plan living space with 8 chairs and a dining table.

Sleeping Information Master Bedroom Located on the first floor with doors leading to a juliet balcony which has views over the Manor Estate. Double bed, dressing table and built-in wardrobe. En-suite shower room. Bedroom Two Located at the front of the property and featuring a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom Three Twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom Four Located on the ground floor, off the living area, and has a double bed and built-in wardrobes.

Bathroom Information Main Bathroom The main family bathroom is on the first floor and has a Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, w.c. and wash basin with mirror and spotlights. En-suite to Master Bedroom A shower cubicle, w.c., wash basin with storage plus a mirror and spotlights. Downstairs there is another bathroom, next to the fourth bedroom. This has a shower cubicle, w.c. and wash basin with mirror and spotlights. Please note that towels are not provided at this property.
