The Situation
Beaver Cottages are situated in the heart of King Arthur
Country, on the B3263, Camelford to Tintagel road.
If you cross the Cornish stile in our car park, the cliff top
and coastal path are a few minutes away and King Arthur's Castle
just a short walk
The nearest beach is Trebarwith Strand, although there are many
little inlets and coves throughout the area.

Directions
Travel to Exeter via M5 to junction 31 or A303/A30 to junction
29 and leave M5 at junction 31. Take A30 for Okehampton and
Launceston, keep on A30 until 1 mile after Launceston turning
then take A395 for North Cornwall/Camelford.
Go through Pipers Pool, past 'Wind Farm', and continue through
Hallworthy, past Poppys Cafe until T-junction of A39. Turning
left and after about 1 mile turn right onto the B3314 for
Delabole and Tintagel.
Go through Slaughtersbridge to crossroads, go straight across
and after 150 yards turn right onto B3263 for Tintagel. Continue
on through the bends and continue past Pixie House on right.
Continue through Trewarment (narrow road). As you leave
Trewarmet, Tregatta is the next hamlet. We are the first cottage
on the left with the 30 mph signs outside. Slow right down as
you need to turn sharp left at the end of the front garden of
Beaver Cottages. Drive to car park at end of gravel driveway.
Our door is a small green door marked 'Nuthatch'
(mind your head). Follow the path to our cottage. |
