About Us
: Bay View is situated in an ideal holiday location, just 100 yards from Gyllyngvase Beach and only 1/2 mile from the town’s shopping centre and harbour area. Falmouth Town railway station is just 5 minutes walk.

We give all our guests the freedom of home by giving them keys to both their own apartment and the house itself so that you can enjoy access at all times.

Facilities: All our apartments are completely self-contained and provide accommodation for 2-5 people. Each apartment features:-
• Colour television
• Shower, toilet and wash basin
• Refrigerator and electric cooker
• Microwave oven
• Automatic kettle and toaster
• Hairdryer
• Full compliment of cooking/eating utensils
• Clothes airer
• Radio/alarm clock

Your stay: Included in the cost of your apartment is:-

• Parking within our own grounds
• Fresh bed linen (except cot)
• Hot water to sinks and wash basins
• Central heating
• Double glazing

We offer special rates for holidays taken in the low season, but whatever the time of year, you can be sure of an enjoyable holiday at Bay View.
Families are very welcome. We are able to offer the loan of a cot. However, we do ask that you bring your own cot linen.
We operate a non smoking policy inside the premises.
Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement

How to find us ...
By car - follow the A39 to Falmouth. Drive straight ahead through the set of traffic lights and through 2 mini roundabouts, heading for the Docks and leisure centre. After the second roundabout take the 4th road on the right, Gyllyngvase Road.
By rail - change at Truro and take the branch line to Falmouth Town Station (The Dell). At the bottom of the slipway, turn right under the bridge up Avenue Road. Straight over the top junction takes you into Gyllyngvase Road.
