Terms and Conditions:
- As our apartments are designed as family units it is regretted that
we are unable to accept bookings for ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE
parties.
- Prior to commencement of your holiday the lead person must provide
full details (names and ages) of other guests staying at the apartment
(maximum of 4 persons per apartment allowed).
- Due to fire regulations ONLY these named persons are allowed to be
accommodated.
- No visitors or additional guests allowed in the premises.
- Our apartments are strictly non-smoking.
- To ensure consideration to our neighbours and other guests we
insist on silence after 11.30pm.
- We reserve the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor
for conduct detrimental to other guests or neighbours and their comfort.
- Lettings are deemed to commence at 2.00pm on the day of arrival and
cease at 9.00am on the day of departure (Arrangements can be made for late
arrivals).
- The owner is relieved from liability should The Accommodation not
be available due to circumstances beyond his control, in which case the
deposit will be refunded in full.
- Bookings are not transferable and the apartment must not be
occupied by persons other than those stated when booking. Any alteration
must be notified and agreed by the owner.
- Failure to take up occupancy of a unit once a booking has been made
and confirmed by the owner with a deposit does not relieve the hirer from
his/her liability for the FULL BALANCE of monies due unless prior
cancellation has been received by the owner by Telephone and confirmed in
WRITING six weeks prior and the owner is able to re-let the apartment for
the period concerned.
- No pets accepted.
- A deposit is payable when booking and is not returnable.
- Balance of monies due must be forwarded no later than 4 weeks prior
to the commencement of the holiday.
- We RECOMMEND holiday cancellation insurance be taken out.
- No Liabillity will be accepted for damage or injury incurred on
site.
- Any breakages must be paid for.
- Your
apartment will be inspected before you leave. A charge of £40 will be made
if it is not left in a satisfactory condition.
