An Skyber is a converted granite barn offering quality bed and breakfast accommodation. Set in a peaceful location in almost an acre of its own grounds it's in the heart of some of Cornwall's most popular attractions, including the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.
The spacious rooms and large gardens offer privacy and comfort for relaxing and enjoying the far reaching views.

VISITOR ATTRACTIONS
* Lovely walks can be enjoyed direct from the house with lovely views overlooking St Austell Bay.
* The famous Eden Project is just 2 miles away
* Several gardens and National Trust properties including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House, Pine Lodge Gardens and all within a short drive.
* The popular and picturesque harbour at Mevagissey with boat trips including passenger ferry to Fowey.
* Charlestown, famous for its tall ships, and museum.
* Fowey and Polruan are nearby offering excellent walking, boat trips, shops, pubs and restaurants.
* For the golfing enthusiasts there is a choice of 18 hole golf courses within a short drive.
* Nearby sandy beaches include Par and Polkerris.
* For cyclist the Clay Trails are a short drive away.
* Fly and coarse and sea fishing availably nearby.
* For evening meals there is an excellent choice of restaurants/pubs
 

TOURING
Cornwall is a beautiful but small county virtually surrounded by the Atlantic ocean. Most places can be reached from An Skyber within an hour's drive.
This includes:
North Cornwall resorts such as Newquay and Padstow, with St Ives just over an hour away.
The whole of the Roseland Peninsula with St Mawes and all its many coves and headlands
The city of Truro with its lovely cathedral and boat trips to Falmouth down the River.

THE ACCOMMODATION
There are two double bedrooms, furnished to a very high standard. Both are en-suite with television, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers, tea/coffee making facilities and also provide free internet access.

The Annexe:
Bedroom 1 is in the ground floor annexe, it has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a seperate sitting room with views accross the garden. It has it's own private entrance.

The second double room is on the first floor of the main house, it is very light and spacious with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and a generous and comfortable sitting area.

Dining:
A spacious dining area where a generous full English breakfast is served. Various other options available on request.

A deposit of £20 per night is required to secure the room.
In the event of cancellation this is refundable (less a small administration charge) provided the room is re-let.

Directions
A38 from Exeter via Plymouth to Liskeard. Just after Liskeard at Dobwalls take the A390 towards St Austell. At St Blazey Gate turn left by the Four Lords public house into Trenovissick Road. After 200 yards turn right into Lamellyn Road, there is a Spar shop on the junction. Follow this road to the very end going past Biscovey Junior School on your right. and turn left into the narrow lane.
After a short distance with the sea on your right you will come to Trenovissick Farm. Take the left turning after the farm. Follow the lane for a short distance, An Skyber is the right hand barn, the bed and breakfast sign can clearly be seen. Just park in front of it.
