Situation
The house is built in a traditional style but also includes all
modern facilities. It is in a quiet country lane between
Penpillick and Treesmill and is just over a mile from
Tywardreath. It has lovely views across a valley and down to the
sea. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful area
then this is just for you.
We are near to both the A30 and A38 making us easy to find and
your satnav will bring you directly to our entrance. Tyward
House an ideal place to stay not only for its local attractions
but also its ready access to major roads allowing you to explore
the whole of Cornwall.
The house has a short private drive and has ample guest parking.

Accommodation:
This is a room that has views over the front lawn towards the
coastline. It has quality pine furnishings, king size bed,
double wardrobe, long free-standing mirror, dressing table,
tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, Freeview LCD TV and DVD
player if you want to watch a film. Under floor heating and
central heating ensures that you will always be warm.
The en-suite bathroom has a generously sized bathroom with a
large double corner bath, a power shower with body jets (relax
after your journey), bidet, wc and wash basin.

Directions
A satnav will bring you to the end of our drive using the
postcode. PL24 2RX
A30 - turn off at sign for Bodminand follow the signs for the
A390 which will take you to the East side of Bodmin. Drive past
Lanhydrock House, through Sweetshouse and then turn right at the
A390 junction towards St Austell. Once you have got on to the
A390 pass the road to Fowey and take the left turn signposted
for Lanescot/Treesmill just after the Penpillick sign. Carry on
down the lane for just over half a mile, turn left at the black
B&B sign and take the right hand drive.
