39 Perran View is a privately owned villa on the John Fowler Perran View Holiday Park. Perran View is just two miles from the superb Perranporth beach which has three miles of golden sands. Newquay with its famous surfing beaches and nightlife is just nine miles away.
Perran View is central for so many attractions that Cornwall has to offer, Eden Project, Dairyland, Cornish Cider Farm and Horse Riding, to name just a few.
The holiday park has a fabulous heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. There are tennis courts, crazy golf, children's play area, launderette and shop. Good bar food and takeaway meals. A games room with pool table and video games. The 'Talk of the West Club' caters for all of the family with a range of entertainment. The 'Foxy Club' is great for children.
Perran View is ideally situated for a great holiday in Cornwall.

The Accommodation
A 3-bedroom house, sleeps six in a quiet area of a John Fowler run holiday village. It overlooks fields to the rear of the property and a green area to the front.
It has a lounge, with teletext television, video recorder and radio. A kitchen/dinning area, the kitchen has a full sized cooker, extractor fan, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. Three bedrooms; 1 bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. It has a bathroom with over bath shower and toilet. The house is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished and prices include electric, linen, cleaning and pass to the club and foxy club for children.

Directions
 A30 to Cornwall. Turn right onto the B3285 Perranporth/Goonhavern. Follow the road into Goonhavern. Turn left at the T junction. At the mini islands turn right to Perranporth. Once in Perranporth, travel through the High Street then turn right (clock in front of you) and then immediately left towards St Agnes. Once you have passed through Trevellas there will be a sign for Perran view. Turn right. John Fowler holiday park is on the left. Perranporth has one of Cornwall’s premier beaches with three miles of golden sands and dunes, excellent for surfing. Lifeguard service during summer months. Pleasant town with plenty of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and specialty shops. Good golf course.
Ten minute drive to Newquay, Cornwall's leading resort. night clubs, Water World, Zoo, Aquarium, wide choice of beaches, good shopping, there is something for everyone.
Approximately 20 minutes from the cathedral city of Truro. The cathedral is not to be missed and the city centre has the best shopping in Cornwall.
