LOCATION

Situated on one of Newquay’s main access roads, out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet close to Porth and Lusty Glaze beaches and within easy walking distance of Newquay town centre and all its amenities.

ACCOMMODATION

Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout with full central heating to all rooms. All rooms en-suite including two family chalet rooms set in a pleasant garden offering just that little added privacy.

All rooms have colour television and tea/coffee facilities.

A full English breakfast is served in a pleasant dining room.   Vegetarian and special diets catered for.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Newquay is Cornwall’s premier holiday resort, famous for its beautiful beaches of which there is a wide and varied choice.

Lovely walks direct from the guest house along local beaches and headlands.

The town has excellent shops, restaurants to suit every taste and pocket, pubs, night clubs, a zoo, water world, boating lake, tennis fishing, golf.   Whatever your interests there is something for everyone.   Just ask your hosts, they will be only too happy to help.

Touring: Cornwall is an extremely picturesque county but quite small, virtually anywhere can be reached from Newquay within an hour

DIRECTIONS

Directions from the A30 Follow the A30 West to Indian Queens, take the A392 to Newquay, stay on the A392 following the Newquay signs. When you reach Quintrell Downs village, turn right at the round-about onto the A3058, sign posted Porth / St Columb minor. You will go over a railway crossing soon after turning right, follow the road into Newquay, along Quintrell Road leading into Henver Road. At the two mini round-abouts go straight on and we are 50 yards up the road on the left hand side.
