Designed specifically for those wishing to try the system
without major outlay, for this reason there is no fixed term
for the payments; they may be cancelled at customer
discretion.
£ 70 p.a. OR £6 p.c.m by direct debit £100 00p p.a. OR £8
50p p.c.m by direct debit.
£120 p.a. OR £10 00p p.c.m by direct debit.
These charges are fully inclusive, there are no extra costs.
WHAT DO WE INCLUDE?
A comprehensive website with images as necessary (there is
no restriction) and unlimited text.
This can either be extracted from an existing website or we
will call and take the images.
The prices quoted are fully inclusive of setup and routine
amendments during the year.
A FREE WEBSITE !!! (SELF CATERING ONLY)
Based solely on e-mail enquiries and is not suitable if you
do not have an e-mail connection.
Our reservation staff monitor all incoming enquiries and
forward to the self catering property.
A 5% commission charge is made for the whole period on
reservations taken.
e.g. 1 weeks accommodation at a cost of £400 – our charge
£20 = 5% of the stay.
We invoice for any commission owing once a year, on or near
the 1st, January, this is always after the booked period.
(You only pay commission on reservations taken)
LATE AVAILABILITY AND SPECIAL OFFER SECTION:

are including this free of charge for the first year.
