Strangle Beach

Crackington Haven.
The beach is quiet even in the summer, probably due
to the difficult climb down to the beach.
The beach is sand and shingle with plenty of sand at
low tide.

There are no facilities
Warning – swimming is unsafe and the climb down is
both difficult and slippery.
