A pleasant quiet beach with sand at low tide. Never gets busy. A place to sit and rest whilst walking the cliff path.

Parking: National Trust car park at Rinsey
Toilets: None
Facilities: None
Dogs: Banned from Easter to Oct. 1st.
Lifeguard: None

Directions:
On the A394 Helston to Penzance road. At Ashton take the Rinsey turning. The beach is a 10 minute walk down the cliff from the car park. Walking in the opposite direction it is just a short walk to Praa Sands (a lovely beach) Also seen from here is the Wheal Prosper Engine House. Sited on the cliff edge but do not approach as there are open shafts, keep to the path.
