Harbour Cove

A small sandy cove on the Padstow side of the River Camel estuary. Can only be approached via a short walk along the cliff path. There are two other coves quite close by making the three of them a popular destination.
Also a popular destination for the flotilla of little boats that go up and down the estuary.
This is a lovely spot to sunbathe, for the bucket and spade brigade or just to relax and watch the many boating activities on the water’
The estuary has strong currents when the tide is running and is therefore not recommended for swimming.
It is also a popular spot for a bit of shore fishing, common species include, bass, Pollack and flounder.
