Godrevy Beach:
Good surf on this rocky beach. Avoid the channel
between the offshore lighthouse and the beach,
currents can be extreme.
The coastline here is run by the National Trust who
run the field car park.
Lifeguard Service during the summer months.
Dog ban from Easter to Oct. 1st.
Toilets in the field car park.
Small National Trust café which is recommended.
Directions:Godrevy
Point is about 4 miles from Hayle
and 20 miles from Truro. Approach Hayle on the A30
from the east. At the Loggans Moor roundabout take
the far right for Hayle. Shortly after the
roundabout there is a double roundabout. At the 2nd
roundabout turn right onto the Gwithian/Portreath
road (B3301). Drive through Gwithian and then turn
left for Godrevy
