Located close to the heart of the historic working fishing village of Mevagissey which is just a 200 metre walk to the Harbour. The cottage is south facing overlooking the garden and is completely self contained. Private off-road parking. A well stocked beautiful large garden is shared with Tanglewood House Bed and Breakfast.

A picturesque grade ll listed stone cottage in the quiet, picturesque little rural hamlet with views of the countryside from the front and rear. The accommodation has been extensively modernised throughout and furnished and decorated to a high standard by the present owners. Just a short distance from Mevagissey, close to a lovely beach and numerous attractions including the Eden Project and Lost gardens of Heligan.

ETB - CTB and St Austell TIC Registered.It is just a short walk to a footpath which is part of the Cornish Way, this follows a small river down through the wooded Pentewan Valley to Pentewan village and sandy beach. (approx. 2 miles, a lovely walk or cycle ride).
