The Packet Quays nestles by the water side, just two minutes' walk from Falmouth High Street, but is in a very private and tranquil position overlooking Falmouth Harbour. The views from the two-bed roomed apartment are stunning and there are yachts and fishing boats passing right below the windows, making picturesque viewing. Falmouth is famous for its sailing waters. Residents of Packet Quays have easy access for boating as there is a slipway from the courtyard outside Jane's Court that runs into the Harbour.

Situated within half a mile of Mylor Bridge village and just two miles from Mylor Harbour provides very comfortable accommodation for two, in a glorious peaceful location. Access to this Grade II listed cottage is along a long, leafy, (half a mile), private drive. Carvinack Cottage, House and Barn are the only buildings nestling in the side of the hill, providing excellent protection from the elements and creating a really tranquil retreat.
