Set in the heart of idyllic Cornish countryside and makes an
ideal retreat for a peaceful getaway. The Barn is
self-contained, giving you independence and privacy. It was
built around 1840 and has been sympathetically converted and
modernised to provide a superb holiday base. Built in the former
farmyard, The Barn is approached via a well- surfaced farm lane
and enjoys a beautifully tranquil setting. |

Willowbrook
A modern detached chalet-bungalow with a good sized
garden consisting of a large lawned area with mature
trees and shrubs. To one side there is a large pergola,
bounded by a lovely bubbling brook. The house is
situated in the tiny hamlet of Lamorick, which consists
of just a few houses and cottages on either side of the
original London to Penzance Roman coach road. |

A warm welcome awaits you at our home, situated on the
outskirts of a quiet village with easy access to Bodmin
Moor and Dartmoor. Locally there are opportunities for
golfing, swimming, cycling, horse riding or just a quiet
stroll in the countryside. Breakfast room with view of
surrounding countryside. Home cooking. Child-friendly
environment. We keep rabbits and chickens, and grow our
own vegetables. |

Lynher Farm bed and breakfast
A family run beef & sheep farm which borders the river
Lynher. We have a herd of beautiful South Devon cows,
250 breeding ewes, two sheep dogs, and the nosy peacock.
The bedrooms, all with large windows overlooking the
garden and fields are individually decorated to a high

the small town of Callington in East Cornwall. Close to
Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor as well as the south coast, this
part of the county has much to offer at all times of the
year. The town is situated in the Tamar Valley, recently
designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. There
are several beautiful walks in the area. |

Smeaton Farm
A 450 acre working farm situated within the Duchy of
Cornwall. It is run by husband and wife team Richard and
Sarah Jones. Located near to Saltash, the farm is moving
towards becoming fully organic, both in its arable and
livestock activities. Farm fresh meats are available for
sale, all of which come from the animals that can be seen
grazing on the farm. |
